Hurricane Sandy collapses crane in midtown.

Hurricane Sandy collapsed a crane working on what is slated to be Manhattan’s tallest condo skyscraper Monday, October 29th 2012, leaving the massive arm of the machine dangling dangerously over W. 57th St.
